Pros

Pet Friendly environment and down to earth CEO.

Cons

Passive aggressive Sr. Leadership, that finds it easier to push people out, then to develop them into being more.

Pros

Currently been with the company for 3 years. -- Management listens to you -- Friendly Atmosphere/Culture, we are a Pack (Family) -- WFH and Work-Life balance -- Great Compensation/Benefits -- Opportunities for advancement -- Focused on Diversity on all levels of the company -- Many planned activities & events from the Social Committee (Happy Hours, Movies, Sailing, Baseball Games, and so much more!)

Cons

Due to rapid growth rate not all of our the company's employees are one place. We cover multiple floors in our current space, so face to face communications are not always easy, but this is not necessarily a deal breaker by any means.

Amazing Company to work for!

Pros

This company has culture down. It is the place to go work if you want smart dedicated people who love dogs. It feels like everyone continues to work toward making Rover.com the best place possible to work. It has all the great trappings of a growing Tech Company, free food, free beverages, great social gatherings. But what really shows is the dedication to the work people do in every area of the organization. Everyone has the best of intentions and wants this place to thrive. It doesn't take itself too seriously and neither do the people.

Cons

There aren't any, it really is an incredible culture, and having been in truly toxic environments this place is amazing.
