Pros

Being with dogs in the office

Cons

Complete bait and switch. If you are looking to work at a small / mid-late start up company beware. It is near impossible to get the simplest of daily tasks done because of the politics here. There is no career advancement unless you are Director and above. They desperately need to hire a CHRO. The company is crumbling due to the lack of HR leadership, expertise, and common sense when it comes to their employees. They do not care nor focus on attrition and instead point the finger and blame when employees leave 3, 6, 9 months in. This costs the company hundreds of thousands of dollars annually. This also affects the entire leadership team's credibility because they choose to keep inexperienced people on top in fear of damaging personal relationships. Everyone is burnt out from IC level to SVP. There is a culture of long term employees who get to say and do whatever they want and no one is held accountable. Ownership and the space to fail does not exist here and you will be thrown under the bus for the smallest mistakes, if your title is not that of Director and above.

Pros

I love this place. The office is wonderful, and there are dogs everywhere. Rover truly values individuality, intelligence and community. I fell in love with this company during the interview process (when does THAT ever happen) and every day since has been great. I am super excited to work here.

Cons

I don't have any yet.
