      Lots of opportunities to learn and travel

      Pros

      Good salary, lean management, opportunity to work independently without too much politics. If you like to travel there can be opportunities to work on overseas assignment.

      Cons

      Lack of option in career advancement. Middle management is caught up with too much on their hand and may not have time to connect with subordinates.

      Some people are friendly and smart Good place to advance only if you are starting a career System Integration field is very demanding, do it only if you are young and unmarried/without a family

      Cons

      Not diverse, Equal opportunity clauses are missing from mission statement. The entire upper management consists of buddies of the CEO Long hours at customer sites Folks are so over stressed; many are overweight and consume cigarettes while at work/customer site Attrition rate is extremely high.

      Great people who are willing to work with you and help you learn since most of the technologies will be completely new to fresh grads.

      Timelines were not always planned very well which lead to a stressful deadlines.
