This is a company that truly cares about its people. The culture is joyful, collaborative, and supportive, with leadership that invests in development and encourages employees to grow both personally and professionally. It’s a place where ideas are welcomed, and teamwork feels genuine.

Cons

Not a con necessarily. As the company continues to grow quickly, there’s been a lot of change — new structures, evolving priorities, and the kind of fast-paced environment that comes with scaling. At times, it can feel like things are moving quickly, but that’s part of being at a successful organization that’s expanding and improving.

Great training, close collaboration with HR from time of hire onward, upward growth, communicative and understanding, several pto opportunities, great working with licensed nurses. I am a mom and a studio manager. Upper management is always understanding, works with you and ensures you have all the tools to succeed and have work/life balance. As long as you stay organized, this company is great.

Cons

it’s a growing company, so its important to remain fluid and roll with the punches. But they are immensely supportive and understanding

It has been such a unique experience working at Rowan and learning a new skill! This job has been so rewarding seeing happiness on the customers' faces after getting pierced. Definitely different than any other nurse job I had.

Cons

It can be really busy on the weekends and on your feet all day, but you make most of your tips!
