      Great and dedicated students, easy classroom environment, you definitely don't dread walking into classes, but do dread having to deal with admin

      Cons

      Administration (especially payroll) is a mess, classroom quality is extremely inconsistent, college seems to not value the department very highly, textbooks are garbage
