      Pros

      The students are really phenomenal and often overcome so many obstacles to gain their experience and credit.

      Cons

      Administratively, there is so much turnover that it is almost impossible to make progress on many important topics. Hopefully, leadership will straighten the ship.

      It should be a great opportunity to help the intercity people to get associates degrees and professional training to better themselves.

      Cons

      Poor leadership at top. President finally resigned in December 2021 due to harassing environment and mismanagement of funds. Drive to Boston.
