      A 9 to 5 job that pays ok and decent benefits

      Cons

      Very shady group of people. Makes all kinds of empty promises that are never followed through. No care or regard for employees health or safety. Dangerous work environment.

      Pros

      Very collaborative environment surrounded by good, capable people. The pay is good as well, with very good benefits. No micro-managing, no hand-holding. Support staff is wonderful.

      Cons

      Once you're in a role, you're kind of stuck. They move a little slow in terms of trying to place you in the right segment or position per your strengths. Not a lot of community outreach.

      no changes or added products, no new technology being developed, new products take several years to hit the market (if ever), no clear marketing leadership in the US.
