none, there was no ALS while I was there but they are working on including it

Only a good company if you are buddy buddy with the higher ups in Alco

Great learning opportunity to hone in your skills, a very solid cct program, and scco/ smco has great operations.

Cons

If you don't suck up to the new lead of operations she will fire you regardless the amount of time and effort you put into this company, Also pay is quite low with no true way to get a higher pay. If you want equal pay for everyone it will cost you your job
