Overall great place to work at, but pay could be better

Pros

Lots of opportunities for career advancement and educational enrichment. Pay bumps available for become ALS or CCT certified, becoming an FTO, and working weekends or nights (all pay increases stack)

Cons

$0.50/hr biannual raise only applies to full time and pay raise of $2.50/hr (18.5 to 21) only applies to full time 4 shifts a week

Scheduling and accommodation is one of our biggest advantages at Royal. Glad to see you experienced it!! As for commute, I hope we can continue to grow and build more stations where commute will not be an issue :)
