Pros

Great BLS coworkers. Flexible schedule. Fairly diverse.

Cons

CCT is filled with employees that contribute to a toxic environment. Hard work is not recognized, talked about, or taken into consideration. HR not understanding of employee when reporting harassment or toxic behaviors.
