Great reputation in town. Excellent initial training. Opportunity to maintain high level of responsibility.

No support for top earners, in example manager support to continue to grow business, or attention given in regards to employee reviews or feedback.

Pros

Royal Automotive is very caring and family oriented and I feel they genuinely care about my well being as an employee. Depending on how hard you're willing to work and the attitude you bring daily you'll be able to remain in a position you love or you will always be able to move up. I feel blessed to have a job that I love and being able to provide for my family!!

Cons

The challenge would probably be when some managers aren't willing to invest further in your abilities but for the most part I've been lucky to be matched up with management who understand my personal strengths.
