401k,ESOP, Benefits, and Profit Sharing

Cons

No 401k Match, ESOP not performing well, Tier 1 health providers limited choices, and Profit Sharing dropped off after Pandemic. Depending on bay you’re asssigned to work in might have more overtime then you can handle while other bays are having no work days.

They get you in quick when looking for work. Just have to show up.

Cons

It's a dead end job, does not appear to be much room for advancement. Work/life balance is a bit harsh if an emergency comes up.
