Pros

The work is varied and you are able to work on different things every night, keeping the work day from being boring. You are also able to listen to music/podcasts at your station which is great!

Cons

Sometimes changes are made without input from the workers who actually do the job and suggestions for improvement aren’t always listened to.

Declining leadership decisions, pay scale, inflexible in regards to time off (once you're out of unpaid time off, you're out. No exceptions.
