I was always looking for an oppotunity to boost my career here. When I didn't get any such opportunities, I quit.

Cons

THE TOP MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL AND PRETTY TERRIBLE. THESE ARROGANT PEOPLE WITH AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE. THEY PAY RIDICULOUS SALARIES AND BENEFITS TO THEIR STAFF and think they have done enough when they have clearly not! They don't even bother to ask why an employee is leaving when they leave. It was horrible! They didn't care about the high employee turnover and the good ones trying to avoid trouble by leaving quickly.

Pros

Company perks and affordable health benefits which will come handy when you have medical needs and emergencies. They pay was also decent.

Cons

The CEO, the management, and the HR were all terrible. They would promote employees that drink the kool-aid and those who were okay to be a mindless puppet and will follow them blindly. Anyone that speaks up or has a different opinion will be abused, and eventually be fired and pushed out of the company.
