Most Disorganized Company

Pros

Free lunch and snacks and beer on Fridays. Casual dress attire ( jeans & tee shirts) laid back office environment, not too corporate.

Cons

Zero and I mean ZERO on-boarding help and guidance as well as no training whatsoever besides shadowing a couple old employees who sit on their phone half the time on dating websites while training you. If you can read and your mom/sister/ cousin works there as well, you are hired. Extremely low pay for a college grad. The salary is geared more towards GED educated only unless you're in IT. The most boring repetitive work day in and day out. The company is the definition of a start up company... No clue whatsoever how to operate.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, PTO, everybody is friendly, catered lunches occasionally, chik-fil-a every other week, recycling and sustainability is a core value.

Cons

No training, management is not strong, they act before they think and have suffered the repercussions. Hiring a lot of new people with no experience or education. Accounting department is very understaffed and it leads to late and missed payments. Job can be very boring and frustrating.
