The remote work setup and decent benefits are the only noteworthy things about working here.

Cons

I don't recommend working for Rubicon for long term. There are very limited opportunities for you here because the company has a structure that is not conducive to growth and advancement. If you just want to earn some experience in the industry, that's fine. But don't expect anything beyond that. Also, the compensation is bad compared to the company's competitors.
