Remote job with good insurance.

Cons

Do not except to be valued here at all. There are no paths for advancement. Pay is a joke. No communication from execs except to work harder. Bonuses finally announced to be paid at 1/6 of our expectations but the contracts of what the execs make are available online and are a slap in the face. Random layoffs so there is no job security. No raises or promotions. No silver lining and work will never be complete. Morale is dead and feels like ghost town.

There have not been any pros this year in regards to salary, bonuses or incentive payouts.

Cons

Rubicon has incentive programs for Key Account Managers where you are supposed to receive a percentage of these implemented programs however as of July 2023 they have not paid out for any of the 2022 programs implemented by employees.
