Remote. Job is not difficult - can be very busy but its easy work if you stay on top of your stuff.

Cons

No pay raises in almost 3 years. No bonuses during that same period - despite them being part of your job offer. Pay is very low compared similar positions at other companies. Finances are a mess and layoffs stress every out and then those positions are never back-filled, creating more work for the same amount of money. We had free health insurance for a while then we had to pay - so we made even less money than before.

I loved the passion the employees had to help our customers improve their recycling rates. I enjoyed the people and the great benefits.

Cons

The cons for me were the communication between departments.
