Pros

There is a range of work and experiences available if you are willing to put in the time and connect with the right people at the office. The staff members, managers, and partners are all welcoming, friendly, and willing to help develop your skills.

Cons

Busy seasons can be somewhat demanding, however, this is not out of the ordinary for a similar position at another firm.

Pros

There are a lot of friendly people in the office; staff are willing to help each other; variety in work; competitive pay at entry level; dinners provided every night during tax season; good location; flexible work environment if needed

Cons

Equal pay increases across staff level; some poor leadership at the manager level; CPE offered is very general; feedback only flows in one direction; pay is low for Denver area firm; no firm-wide standardization of procedures; higher than normal turnover
