Horrible benefits

Pros

Good atmosphere Small firm feel in a big firm The people

Cons

No maternity or paternity paid leave like most large accounting firms. Not very transparent as to promotions. Owners only seem to care about making money for themselves. Many large firms are going to jeans in the office, here you have to pay to wear jeans maybe 4-5 times a year.
