      Pros

      Great money if you can turn your tables and have experience. Extremely fast paced so the shift starts and ends fairly quickly. Paid weekly- credit card tips on the weekly paycheck and cash tips can be taken home day of. Usually about $500-700 paychecks weekly and about $50-150 take home cash.

      Cons

      Busy so if you’re not experienced it would not be a good fit.

      No nights, two consecutive days off each week.

      Cons

      Unkept promise of growth and development with little to no corporate support. No effort to retain current managers. Although company claims complete transparency, there is little to no real communication between corporate office and restaurant operators.
