      Pros

      Good hours. They close at 2 everyday so it's nice to be home by 3. Food is pretty good so the shift meal isn't bad

      Cons

      Ownership, lack of freedom regarding employees and processes. They're afraid to fire people so problem employees remain well after they should be terminated

      Pros

      It;s busy, and the food is good. It's only open for breakfast and lunch, so no late nights an out by 3 or 4.

      Cons

      Not much training. It was great to get on the floor, (I needed the money) but training was hit or miss. It's only been open for a couple of years, but there were no original employees. That tells you something.
