Flexible schedule, well stocked break rooms, ample parking

Cons

Leadership is absent at best, management doesn’t know what they’re doing and passes their shortcomings onto new staff. One day they’ll be publicly celebrating their success as a business and the very next they’ll be doing massive layoffs. They went on a hiring spree based on their success from people were redecorating their homes to adjust to pandemic work from home situations, numbers have since tanked and low paid staff end up bearing the burden of poor financial forecasting

Pros

You’ll find a good handful of quality people who are down to earth and talented. Good starting point for your career, with a recognizable and well known product.

Cons

Favoritism among employees, particularly if you have a consulting background or MBA. CEO is under qualified and makes questionable decisions. Leadership is comprised mostly of former consultants who largely don’t have enough expertise in the fields they’re now heads of. No real investment in employees growth, though they talk up a big game.
