-Internal mobility and opportunities for growth & advancement -Amazing people to work with - everyone is so smart, driven & collaborative -Great leadership with good amount of transparency -Fun culture activities and opportunities to connect with your team

Cons

This is not a con for some people but you have to be flexible & adaptable and okay with change. It's also very fast paced but I personally find all of these aspects exciting vs a con - The health benefits could be a bit better and they have 401k but not matching

Overall, Ruggable is a great place to work. They still have the start-up feel, which grants autonomy of work. However, they have also matured their operations quite a bit and feel like a true midsized company. I love working with the people at Ruggable, as the culture revolves around the can-do attitude and people really strive to live by the core values set by the leadership team. Opportunities for growth are endless, especially if you are a self-starter and continues to deliver on your goals. I have seen people truly embrace the one-team-one-dream approach and work collaboratively to solve problems and complete projects. Work-life balance is a plus and part of the core values. Benefits such as health insurance, dental and vision are very good and provide a wide variety of coverage based on what you need.
