Pros

Ruggable is a start up with a great culture. Everyone pitches in for everyone and no task is too small or unimportant. In the 5 months I've been here, I've been able to build strong connections with many colleagues (over zoom) and I feel well supported.

Cons

We are growing a ton and with that there can be shifting priorities that surprise me. And as with all start ups, there's an accelerated pace of work. It's all exciting though.
