Pros

Ruggable is one of the best places I've worked at - the culture is second to none with some incredibly smart, kind people. There is a strong focus on work life balance, whilst working hard and smart. The company is doing really well so there is a great culture of growth and freedom to try new things. Projects are very interesting too, and the systems are all very well set up.

Cons

Because of the systems being so regimented, there are some loopholes to jump through for certain scenarios. The rugs are also sustainable by nature but there could be more focus in this area (which I believe is coming!)

I have none, awful employer.

Cons

Manager not on the same time zone and was not supportive. Training didn't work and there was nobody to contact to help until our day was finished. Sent wrong plug for country. Tried to force me to agree to terms I wasn't happy with. Didn't care at all about their staff. Tried to force me to join slack but I didn't have a smartphone. Didn't understand UK law.

Office vibes are great. Supportive colleagues. Open culture. The products are truly brilliant, they look beautiful and work as they should. Opportunities to increase scope, learn and be involved in multiple projects.

Cons

Benefits & compensation could use a refresh. Very fast-paced work, usually.
