      Great first start up experience

      Pros

      Great culture, collaborative environment (within immediate team) and office space. Managers were great and backed their employees.

      Cons

      As a whole, environment sometimes was a bit toxic due to CEO work beliefs. Strict 9-5 and M-F work schedule.
