Pros
Only thing good is Insurance cost.
Cons
Not enough pay for the pain your in all day. They don’t treat you like family unless you fit in and kiss butt. No real training at all. They give you a mentor however the mentor if your lucky cares enough to actually teach you. If your taller than 5ft3inches don’t work here or you will be just damaging your body over snack food. Machine operators don’t do their job unless you are broke down and can’t fix it yourself. They stand around talking. Safety is a joke here unless you are flirting with them you might get attention. They don’t watch the employees for safety reasons. If you have an allergic reaction and report it you get treated like you are not welcome. Might take 2-3 weeks to get moved no matter if your literally dying or not. Over all if they would use common since and listen to their employees about situations they would make it a safer place for everyone. I don’t recommend this place if your a parent to children because they don’t care if you are there or not they just want to meet their quota. Which is understandable to a point. Upper management make you feel so welcome at first but then once you get in and start your just a number. Insurance cost is good but not worth killing yourself over for snack food.
