Average benefits and a clean environment.

Cons

Don't trust their mechanics. With all the years experience I have I was underutilized and micromanaged. Not much opportunity for advancement. The entire time I was there they were "trying" to get the system set up to test mechanics so that they could advance them. What your starting wage will never go up.
