Great Support staff! I feel like I am working my own private practice with the benefit of rule of providing the clients and doing the billing! Doesn’t get better than that. Clients are great! lots of additional perks!

Pay is good for the services they provide. However, it could be a little better.

Losing focus on the mission

Pros

Many of our employees have a genuine passion for mental health. It’s a place where I feel good about what I get to work on.

Cons

I used to really enjoy working here but things have taken a really disappointing turn. A new regime full of bullies was brought in about a year ago. Since then, we have seen a steady stream of high performing leaders exit because Rula has become a toxic work environment. Employees are not allowed to have a work-life balance and shouting at coworkers is now completely tolerated. Rula is destroying the mental health of its employees which is incredibly ironic given the mission.
