Pros
Honestly everything is fantastic. Every day I feel so lucky to have been chosen for this role. This is hands down the best company I have ever worked with. The benefits are great (insurance, FMLA, PTO). The fact that it is fully remote within the USA is amazing. They have a really great community set up with an instant messaging service to help us get to know each other and keep in contact. They take time just to meet with each other and ask how life is going. I feel integrated into this virtual community more than I ever have with in -person roles. When they ask for feedback, they accept the feedback with grace no matter if it is a difficult feedback. They have integrity; and as an added bonus Self Care is one of our core values. That alone means so much to me. Also, this is the most diverse company I have ever worked for, and I love that so much.
