Pros

Extremely flexible and great back up support , via e-mail or with a phone call. You get an immediate answer to questions and guidance as needed - and with a cheerful attitude. I kid you not. People there really walk their talk by demonstrating mental health in action. They seem genuinely happy.

Can't think of one at the moment.

Pros

Telemedicine has proven to be very effective. The communication with clients is readily available and more pronounced in a shorter period of time. Clients are comfortable, issues come to the surface quickly, therapeutic interventions are recognized, organized and put into play. There is an immediacy not otherwise experienced in traditional settings.

Cons

While some therapist might find the access clients have to their e-mail and phone number daunting, I have not had any of my clients abuse it in anyway. If in the event they do, it becomes an opportunity for therapeutic intervention and a discussion pertinent to boundaries might ensue. Again, I have not had that experience thus far.

Pros

Working at Path has been wonderful! The process of applying to starting to meet with client was very quick and easy. Path gets you credentialed, receives patient referrals and then links clients with providers that might be a good match. Documentation is not dreadful and you feel supported. A few weeks after I began, I was linked to a provider success associate, who is a person who is there to help you answer any questions, provide you tips on how grow your practice and overall see you succeed at Path. I have informed many of my colleagues of Path. Great company. Great support.

There are no cons that I have experienced since working at Path.
