Pros

Extremely flexible and great back up support , via e-mail or with a phone call. You get an immediate answer to questions and guidance as needed - and with a cheerful attitude. I kid you not. People there really walk their talk by demonstrating mental health in action. They seem genuinely happy.

- the mission is very rewarding - big impact day-to-day - low process-friction - expected to make decisions - opportunity to join an early stage company that is going somewhere big

Cons

- not for someone who is looking for a low-expectation job in a mature org (but there are plenty of those out there)

This is a great program for me, as a retired therapist, where I can just do therapy and have the red tape handled by the support staff. I can receive new clients very quickly and I enjoy working with people throughout California.

Cons

I would like to make more hourly, but no other complaints.
