easy platform, support staff is awesome, pay is very good, clients are mild/moderate. support team responds quickly when you have anything you need help with

Cons

there really aren't any, but i supposed since its 100% telehealth i would say it could be isolating for some therapists. but the company does case consulting and support meetings via zoom! Oh and there are no benefits...but the contract pay makes up for that!

Pros

Working with Path these last couple of months have exceeded my hopes and dreams as a full time LMFT. The Path support team is attentive, efficient, kind, and supportive! I have total control over my schedule - allowing me to set my breaks and take off as needed. They take seriously seeking out the best fit for the patient and the clinician when linking people to their mental health treatment; which is awesome, because I can honestly say that I enjoy everyone that I work with. Getting to know the other clinicians has been difficult, because we're all managing our own availability. But, Path provides a variety of virtual groups for the clinicians, which provides a space for us to consult and encourage one another.

Cons

I miss having co-workers SOMETIMES :)

I am able to set my own hours and work remotely. I have some control over how many clients on my caseload.

Cons

For me, I could not make this my main income stream. Once it goes back to in person sessions, not sure how I will handle that.
