Pros

Worked at Microsoft Production Studios where the people were very friendly and there was always time to learn from others. Upper management always made you feel welcome.

Cons

Opportunities for promotion / raises were fleeting.

Pros

RUN Headquarters building is beautiful and in a good location to downtown Seattle.

Cons

Management is not focused on employee morale and has no plan of action to fix. Work-life balance is not present in this environment. There is no opportunity to work from home and if you take a vacation, it is rare to completely shut off your work email. Parking reimbursement is very low for the city of Seattle (parking should be included in your salary). Medical benefits are very the worst I've seen and the 401K vesting period is 6 years. A lot of internal conflicts and drama that trickles down to everyone in the company and unfortunately affects day-to-day.
