Pros

Getting to work on some really cool events and videos, big time product launches and the like. Getting to Network with great artists and producers in the VFX industry. Eli Goral and the Video team are world class talents and will do great things.

Cons

Terrible hours, terrible pay, unrealistic expectations, bad leadership, no passion, or vision to do great things. Free Lance artist are ran ragged. And as Mentioned in a previous review, dealing with HR is really difficult.

Pros

Great pay... working with as a vendor with Microsoft and doing Data Entry. The people I worked with were awesome and there was a lot of hope about moving on to things that I would actually enjoy.

Cons

Dealing with HR was a pain... I understand not every bit of information can be given to underlings but because of politics between two companies our whole group was let go. Business is business... but the whole situation could have been handled better by everyone.

Pros

RUN is a very friendly workplace with a strong culture focused on creativity, passion and openness. Opportunities to showcase your strengths abound, as long as you are willing to take on new tasks and run with them. The diverse culture and 'can do' attitude are strong assets and reflect the genuine desire by management to have happy employees who 'realize their full potential' (I heard this tagline before around Redmond)

Cons

Like every company experiencing strong growth, RUN is learning that some processes are needed to optimize employee time and efforts.
