Supportive staff and management. They do their best to socialize in a WFH reality.

Cons

Budgets are always described as "tight" so don't expect bonuses or pay raises that compensate for cost of living or the extra effort you do.

Work can be simple and straightforward depending on your department Pay is good, but this also varies on department

Cons

Office dynamic can be very toxic They tend to drag contractors along with the continual promise of a full-time position for months at a time Management is an "old-guard" so to speak so enacting change or progress within the company is nearly impossible
