Pros

Up-to-date technology and equipment. Big name corporate clients. Impressive video division.

Cons

Highly unorganized project management often resulted in unrealistic expectations, long hours, and mediocre results. Pay was not great. As a full-time employee, I was regularly required to work upwards of 60 hours a week (often including weekend) for large projects and never received overtime. Communicating with HR was always difficult. Pervading office politics crippled productivity. There was a heavy emphasis on profits that didn’t leave much room for passion or creativity. High turnover rate created a tense work environment.

Pros

Provides a creatively stimulating environment where individuals are encouraged to think outside the box and explore innovative solutions. The diverse range of projects offers a unique platform for honing one’s skills and learning from some of the talented individuals in the industry.

Cons

Having been an employee at RUN Studios, LLC, I looked forward to contributing to the company’s endeavors. However, over time, the leadership’s shortcomings became a significant concern, affecting the company culture and overall morale. 1. Backstabbing: The current leadership at RUN Studios, LLC seems to perpetuate a culture where backstabbing among colleagues is commonplace. This toxic environment is detrimental to team morale and individual job satisfaction. It is disheartening to see such behavior go unchecked and, at times, even encouraged. 2. Lack of Vision and Values: The leadership’s lack of a clear guiding vision and core values has left the company rudderless. Without a coherent framework of values or a clear vision, decision-making often comes across as arbitrary and inconsistent. This lack of direction has resulted in a disengaged workforce unsure of the company’s long-term objectives. 3. Poor Communication: The opaque communication from the leadership regarding crucial decisions and changes has bred a climate of uncertainty and mistrust. A more transparent communication strategy could significantly mitigate these issues. 4. Absence of Professional Growth: There is a noticeable lack of emphasis on professional development and growth. Leadership should be investing in the development of its employees, aiding them in progressing in their careers while also contributing more effectively to the company. 5. Inaction on Feedback: Despite numerous feedback sessions and surveys, there seems to be no actionable steps taken to address the concerns raised by employees. This inaction is a clear indication of the leadership’s disregard for employee input and satisfaction. I hope that the leadership at RUN Studios, LLC takes the necessary steps to address these critical issues. A more supportive, transparent, and visionary leadership could significantly enhance the company culture, employee satisfaction, and the overall success of RUN Studios, LLC.

Pros

Great pay... working with as a vendor with Microsoft and doing Data Entry. The people I worked with were awesome and there was a lot of hope about moving on to things that I would actually enjoy.

Cons

Dealing with HR was a pain... I understand not every bit of information can be given to underlings but because of politics between two companies our whole group was let go. Business is business... but the whole situation could have been handled better by everyone.
