Pros

The people at Run Studios are great to work with. If you are looking to grow your skills, they will help you get there. You also get to work on cool projects on occasion.

Cons

The benefits are just okay. Some days are all dead time or too busy, hard to achieve an in between. If you are entry level, you will get to wear too many hats and not have a lot of work life balance. There could be a lot more communication between teams and managers to facilitate personal growth and goals.

Pros

Work can be simple and straightforward depending on your department Pay is good, but this also varies on department

Cons

Office dynamic can be very toxic They tend to drag contractors along with the continual promise of a full-time position for months at a time Management is an "old-guard" so to speak so enacting change or progress within the company is nearly impossible
