Pros

You get to live in Seattle

Cons

"Diversity and inclusion" is a buzzword, not a practice. If you're not straight, white, or obsessed with sports, you WILL NOT fit in with the culture. Nor will anyone make the effort to help you feel included. Almost no composure among the team. If something goes wrong, everyone flips out rather than just... fixing the (usually very simple) issue. I've seen Producers yell and slam their fists on the desk because audio cut out; an issue they've dealt with and solved a thousand times over. "Training" is just a thousand PowerPoints. "You gotta learn as you go" is a common phrase, but they'll act snobbish because you don't know something that they haven't taught you.
