The pay is great compared to other research companies

Cons

The work environment is toxic and built on intimidation. A lot of anxiety around asking questions or voicing opinions. Major safety concerns are ignored. Upper management and mid-managers don't care about the individuals, just trying to get more money and try to look good doing it.

High level decisions are conveyed and justified to rest of the company during monthly all hands meetings. Helped contextualized the work I was doing within the larger company goals.

Cons

Due to fast pace the carbon credit industry is developing at there's a tendency for quick changes in company priority.
