RT is doing things that I find very interesting and rewarding. I am surrounded by like minded professionals and cutting edge tech. I have found purpose in my work at RT where I know the mission of the company is true.

Cons

As with any difficult task, hard work can take its toll on you, but it’s rewarding.

Amazing company. If you enjoy fast pace challenging work, this is where you want to be. You are surrounded by very talented people who are building amazing things, it’s extremely motivating to come to work everyday.

Cons

The work is hard and tiring at times, you have to be focused and ready to work everyday.

Pros

Lots of great people to work with, very hands on in the oyster industry and doing some awesome environmental work with kelp as well.

Cons

Communication is severely lacking between upper management and employees. Also with hatchery/nursery and upper management in different cities altogether, there isn’t a lot of connection with the two and sometimes seem like separate entities.
