Great mission, cares about the science and ecological impact of the work

Cons

Poor business management, don't care about employee safety, "open to new ideas" but not actually. do what you're told and they'll like you, but they don't like being questioned when it comes to how the business is run.

Amazing company. If you enjoy fast pace challenging work, this is where you want to be. You are surrounded by very talented people who are building amazing things, it’s extremely motivating to come to work everyday.

Cons

The work is hard and tiring at times, you have to be focused and ready to work everyday.
