High level decisions are conveyed and justified to rest of the company during monthly all hands meetings. Helped contextualized the work I was doing within the larger company goals.

Cons

Due to fast pace the carbon credit industry is developing at there's a tendency for quick changes in company priority.

+ Great mission + Cool technology + Boats + Maine and Iceland and ??? + Get involved in lots of projects

Cons

- Groupthink at upper level - Execs are elitist trust fund snobs, but pretend not to be - CEO is nice enough, but not a strong leader - High level of technology risk - Some execs are totally incompetent and unqualified, others are rock stars. It's bewildering.
