      Pros

      You have a generally consistent schedule, and work is not strenuous, so you should be able to get home at the same time every day. There generally isn't a lot of overtime, which could be a pro or a con, depending on the person.

      Cons

      Pay is considerably below industry standard. The company tech is poorly designed and significantly out of date, which makes many inventory-related tasks very frustrating. The shipping warehouses also often send more freight than the store has room for.
