Decent benefits overshadowed by frozen pension plans

Pros

Decent retirement benefits, good PTO accrual rates.

Cons

Employee pension plans have been frozen. That was a huge letdown and cause for keeping my eye out for other organizations who still offer. I don't have healthcare benefits here but hear that they are pricey.

Networking capabilities are always present and some of my coworkers are the best people I've ever met

Cons

Everyone I know that isn't a physician is overworked and underpaid; hospital facilities are filthy; I.T. support is abysmal
