Pros

RUMC is well known for its integrative care and it can be a good learning experience.

Cons

As a midlevel, you will probably take a backseat when it comes to learning or experiencing an interesting case first hand.

Pros

Good opportunities to advance or change direction in career. Organized health IT systems in hospital and governance structure, but can sometimes seem like there is too much red tape.

Cons

They overwork employees in oncology infusion room. Conditions are not optimal to provide excellent patient care in an environment that views the treatment process as a conveyor belt where it lacks individualized patient care.
