Pros

-decent pay -benefits are good

Cons

-pay for your own parking $75/month -toxic work environment in some teams/clinic -if you’re a good employee and have a good work ethic, you will get more tasks assigned with no pay -PTO accrued is not much since you have to use your own PTO for holidays that the hospital is closed -Management can be stellar but has hands tied due to directors or other people working from home that never touch or see how the clinic is run. -HR Department is so so
