      Pros

      The workers where cool at mid level ,lower level and low management positions. People where generally nice and that made the other issues kinda bearable . If your in a leaking boat its nice to be stuck with cool people.

      Cons

      It was like working in a leaking fishing boat, The company demanded more fish but you also had to take time to pump out the water and duct tape the leaks and something was always breaking down making it really hard to do what you where hired for . If you asked for help your immediate supervisor would try to help but then it would stall out when the boss said no and told you to “figure it out “ “just make it happen” Some did thrive in this environment but at the cost of CSI due to the short cuts taken. The work environment killed morale. Also the Email the owner sent out to everyone with the reasons why Trump was great and why we should vote for Trump was a bit weird. But i have Respect for old man Rusnak he is a hard working man.
