      Pros

      Co-workers are all like minded and pleasant. It would have been very hard to last with this company if it wasn’t for colleagues.

      Cons

      From the second you are hired at rusnak their attitude changes towards you. Everyone puts on a very respectable and understanding facade when you are in the hiring process but, as soon as you start their attitude changes towards you. They constantly make you feel replaceable and disposable. Nothing but false promises are made and management are very quick to pull the rug from under you. Would not recommend working here as their attitude towards most situations is very out-dated.
